RETURNS
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Xiaomi scooter parts or accessories will be accepted for return only if the items and their packaging are undamaged. If the items and their packaging are undamaged, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
No refunds will be given for damaged and non-functional electronic goods.
No refunds will be given for items that have lost their original appearance or are damaged.
