What are the delivery methods?

Xiaomi scooter parts and accessories we are delivering with the help of LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA and DPD parcel services terminals and couriers.

How can I choose a delivery method?

You can select a delivery method on the checkout page next to the list of items. If you have selected a terminal method based on the address you specify, the system will automatically provide the nearest list of the parcel service terminals you have from which you can choose the right one for you. The terminal can also be selected by opening the terminal map.

What are the shipping conditions?

If the order is placed before 20:00 we will ship your order on the same day. If you want Xiaomi M365 parts or accessories to be delivered to you faster, we recommend that you choose the DPD delivery method, we give DPD shipments priority, so they are usually delivered within 2-4 days.

Can I track the shipments?

Yes, the shipment can be tracked, the system generates a shipment number/tracking number before the order is shiped, which will be send to the customer with the message of about item dispatch, and when you click on the tracking number in the message, you will be pointed to the shipment service page where the shipment tracking info will be visible. The tracking number can also be seen in the my account section – orders.

What are the methods of payment?

Payment methods:

  • Electronic banking – payment is visible instantly. The system automatically directs you to the self-service of the bank you selected, where you can make a payment, the payment can be made from the self-service of any bank operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Any bank from other countries by „Trustly”.
  • Credit / Debit card – payment is visible immediately. When you enter credit/debit card details a payment is made.
  • Bank transfer – payment is visible within 24h. ‘ After receiving payment information by email, you must make a payment to the specified bank account from your bank self-service.
  • Pay at pickup. Payment must be made to the courier or paid in the parcel terminal depending on the chosen method of delivery/pick-up of Xiaomi scooter parts or accessories.
Can I pay when I pick up the goods?

Yes, this option exists. In such a case on the payment page you need to choose the payment method – Pay at pickup. you can pay to the courier or in a parcel terminal, depending on which Xiaomi scooter parts or accessories delivery method are chosen.

How can I return to replace a defective item?
