Delivery
Xiaomi scooter parts and accessories are delivered via LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA and DPD parcel terminals and couriers.
You can select a delivery method on the checkout page next to the list of items. If you have selected a terminal method based on the address you specify, the system will automatically provide the nearest list of the parcel service terminals you have from which you can choose the right one for you. The terminal can also be selected by opening the terminal map.
If your order is placed before 19:00, we will dispatch your order the same day. If you want your xiaomi M365 parts or accessories to be delivered faster, we recommend that you choose the Omniva shipping method, Omniva shipments are prioritised so they are usually delivered within 24 hours.
Yes, it is possible to track the path of the parcel, before the order is dispatched the system generates a parcel number/tracking number which is sent to the customer with the dispatch notification, by clicking on the tracking number in the email you will be redirected to the parcel page where you will see the path of the parcel. The tracking number can also be viewed in the self-service section – orders.

Payment
Payment Methods:
- Online Banking – payment is visible immediately. The system automatically redirects you to the self-service of your chosen bank where you can make a payment; payment can be made from the self-service of any bank operating in Lithuania.
- Credit / Debit Card – payment is visible immediately. Payment is made after entering credit/debit card details.
- Bank transfer – payment is visible within 16 hours. After receiving information about the payment by e-mail, you need to make a payment to the specified account in your bank’s self-service.
- Cash on delivery. Payment is made to the courier, paid at the parcel terminal (post office) or when picking up the goods independently, depending on the chosen delivery/collection method for Xiaomi scooter parts or accessories.
Yes, you have the option to pay upon delivery. In this case, on the payment page, you need to select the payment method – “Pay on delivery“. Payment is made to the courier, at the parcel terminal (locker), or when picking up the goods in person, depending on the chosen delivery/collection method for your Xiaomi scooter spare parts or accessories.

Return
If you have received a faulty product, please contact us by email at [email protected]. Please provide the reason for the return/exchange and, if possible, send a photo of the defect. After assessing the situation, we will refund your money or send you a new product free of charge.
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt. Xiaomi scooter parts or accessories must be unopened and undamaged. Refunds for unopened and undamaged items are processed within 5 business days. More information here.
The wrong part can be replaced. The Xiaomi scooter part must not be damaged. For a return, contact by email – [email protected]. Buyer pay the cost of the return (~€4).
