You may return the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item if:
The appearance of the goods and packaging remained virtually unchanged.
- The item was not used and/or damaged.
- The product bundle is full, you have a sales document.

We warn that the return form must be filled in on behalf of the buyer and provide customer details!
We will contact you within 3 (three) working days of receiving the return form
We pledge to return the money within 5 (five) business days after arriving at our warehouse for returning goods.
The rules on goods guarantees and returns are drawn up in accordance with the “rules for returning and changing items” approved in 2001. 29 June Decree No 217 of the Minister of Agriculture and 2001 of the Minister of Economy. 17 August ‘ The rules for the sale of items and the provision of services in the case of contracts using means of communication ‘, adopted by Decree No 258.
